Thanks for your interest in volunteering for the 2024 "Urban Couture Fashion Weekend" taking place from October 5th - 6th. This event promises to be a showcase of musical talents, Urban fashion creators and a network worthy gathering; of entrepreneurs and are seeking dedicated individuals to help make it a resounding success!

We will do our best to accommodate volunteer/intern position requests, but please be flexible as demands can change. You may sign up for multiple volunteer shifts during your registration.

Waiver : Please complete the forum and agree to the personal responsibility contract.

Position : We cannot guarantee that you will be placed in the position requested. We hope that you can be flexible, as you may be assigned where you're most needed.

Personal Belongings : It is your responsibility to keep your valuables safe. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not tolerate theft of any kind.

Volunteer Shirt : A shirt will be provided to you. It must be worn during your.

Dress : It’s recommended that you check the weather and dress appropriately.

Please be on Time : Scheduled shifts work around event times and being late will interrupt the event. Volunteering is a job and participants depend on you being there.

Age Requirement : We recommend volunteers/interns be a Minimum of 17 years old.
